Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 6 mediumn
  • strawberries
  • 1 cup canned pineapple (crushed,  in juice)
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
  3. Serve in frosted glasses.
