Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • ½ small onion, diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed, finely sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  1. Slice avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop into mixing bowl.
  2. Mash avocados with a fork. Make it as chunky or smooth as you like.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir together. Give it a taste and add a pinch more salt or lime juice if needed.
