Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- ½ small onion, diced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed, finely sliced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- Slice avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop into mixing bowl.
- Mash avocados with a fork. Make it as chunky or smooth as you like.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir together. Give it a taste and add a pinch more salt or lime juice if needed.
